Coree Peterson joined Presson Companies in 2012. She is the Chief Operating Officer, and a member of its executive leadership team. She oversees all aspects of acquisition, financing and dispositions.
Before taking this role, Coree served in finance and sales management at Kitchell Development Company, Opus West Corporation and Koll Development Company. She has closed over $2.1 billion in financial transactions. In her 20+ year career, in addition to transactional activity, she has been an integral part of strategic planning, asset management, project management, software conversions, real estate development, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, internal and external reporting, and process renovations.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Arizona State University, her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance at University of Phoenix, and holds her CCIM designation. Past affiliations include: NAOIP, ULI, CCIM, Valley Partnership, GPEC and UMOM.
